Return & Cancellation


    Wowfas doesn’t offer any return, cancellation, or refund policy. 

    However, in certain situations, we do offer exchanges or replacements. Exchanges and replacements are provided to the customers only in case of damaged product or when a different product has been delivered to the customer as opposed to the product ordered by the Customer. 

    Customers are required to provide an unboxing video for reasonable exchanges and replacements. 

    Wowfas replacement & exchange policy gives you an option to exchange items purchased on Wowfas for a valid reason within the specified exchange period i.e.,  within Seven days of receiving the product. 

    We request our customers not to use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product while Wowfas asks the customers to take adequate measures to not cause damage to the product. 

    There are two ways to proceed for filing an exchange request with us:

    • For refurbished products- Upload a video of your unboxing the product to maintain the genuinity of the exchange request. Our technical team will investigate the product and your exchange request will be processed further.
    • If Customer is opting for payment through the EMI option, it is not cancellable.  
    • If the product is new, the customer can contact the nearest customer care centre and raise a service request for the same as we do not provide exchange or replacement options for new products.

    Products ordered through Wowfas will be delivered to the customer within 1 to 3 weeks after confirmation of the order.   

    Pick-up: In most locations, we offer a free pick-up service when you submit an exchange request. The replacement product will reach the customer within 15 days of submitting the exchange request.

    Self-Ship: If we do not offer a pick-up at your location, the customer has to ship the product to us and they will bear the cost of shipping for the same.

    After the product has reached our warehouse, our agents will conduct a quality check of the product to assess the damage. 

    After the product has passed the quality check, a replacement product will be shipped to your address. 

    If the shipped/picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you. 

    The replacement of the item is free of cost. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange.
